Group Gives JAMB 7-Day Ultimatum to Release Withheld UTME Results

The Foundation for Civic Education, Human Rights and Development Advancement (FCEHRDA) has given the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) a 7-day ultimatum to release all withheld results of the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

In a statement released in May, 2024, the FCEHRDA called on JAMB to immediately release the results of all candidates who participated in the examination, which was held from April 14 to April 30, 2024. The group warned that failure to comply with the ultimatum would lead to legal action and mass protests across the country.

“We urge JAMB to release all withheld results within the next 7 days. Failure to do so will lead to legal action and mass protests across the country. We will not stand idly by while the future of innocent students is jeopardized.” – Dr. Funmi Falana, President, FCEHRDA
